Orca Camp Gallery
– When you visit Orca Camp, you will have a chance to kayak off the coast of Vancouver Island in search of pods of whales, seals, dolphins, and colourful starfish. Discovery Islands Gallery
– Kayaking through British Columbia’s Discovery Islands will provide you with the opportunity to observe an array of local wildlife in their natural habitat. The Discovery Islands are home to sea lions, seals, pacific white sided dolphins, otters, bald eagles, colorful birds and some of the largest starfish and clams in the world. During the day you will kayak in the myriad of channels, bays, coves, and passages of Quadra Island’s backyard wilderness. And every night you will set up camp under the ancient trees of Canada’s West Coast.
Desolation Sound Gallery
– Paddle through spectacular fjords and under the towering snow-capped mountains of Canada’s West Coast.While on your Wildcoast kayaking tour you will traverse through Desolation Sound Marine Park which is the largest Marine Park in British Columbia. It has more than 60 km (35 miles) of shoreline that is breathtaking and full of sea life. Desolation Sound is known for having some of the warmest waters north of Mexico, perfect for a summertime swim. In addition, during your trip you will head up the multiple trails that lead to fresh water lakes, streams, and hidden waterfalls.
