General terms and
conditions :
We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance in case
you or a member of your family become sick and must cancel
the tour due to medical reasons. You can buy this at any
travel agent of your choice.
The cancellation insurance must be purchased at the day
of the booking.
In order to confirm your reservation, Coastal
Spirits must receive your deposit as specified on the tour
itinerary pages.
Deposit and trip costs are specified on the
individual itinerary pages: We accept Visa, MasterCard,
personal and business cheques. Groups more than 4 guests
are requested to make the final payment 60 days prior to
trip departure by cheque.
The balance of your payment is due 60 days
prior to departure. Please make your balance payment on
time.
60 day prior to trip departure we will also
snail mail you our comprehensive information package.
Cancellation policy for multi day tours:
If we receive your notice:
- More than 60 days prior to departure, full refund
less deposit
- 60- 30 days: 50% refund
- 29 days or less: no refund
All deposits are non refundable

all trips: A waiver must be signed prior to trip
departure !

Kayaking Day Tours:
A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking. Due
to the limited space, day tours must be cancelled more than
24 hours prior to trip departure, otherwise a full charge
applies.
