General terms and
conditions :
We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance in case
you or a member of your family become sick and must cancel
the tour due to medical reasons. The insurance can be
purchased at any travel agency, or you can call our travel
agent Market Travel, toll free (US and Canada)1-800 232
9294.
In order to confirm your reservation, Coastal
Spirits must receive your deposit as specified on the tour
itinerary pages.
Deposit and payments as specified on the
individual itinerary pages: We accept Visa, MasterCard,
personal and business cheques, groups more than 4 guests
are requested to make the final payment 60 days prior to
trip departure by cheque.
The balance of your payment is due 60 days
prior to departure. If we haven't received your balance payment
when due, we reserve the right to cancel your tour. In this
case your deposit cannot be refunded.
60 day prior to trip departure we will also
mail you our comprehensive information package.
Cancellation policy for multi day tours:
If we receive your notice:
- More than 60 days prior to departure, full refund
less deposit
- 60- 30 days: 50% refund
- 29 days or less: no refund
Deposits are non refundable
Rooms must be cancelled more than 30 days prior to trip
departure

all trips: A waiver must be signed prior to trip

Accommodations and day tours:
A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The
remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. - -Cancellation
policy for day tours: 24 hrs
-Rooms must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival.
