OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
THE SAFETY AND WELLBEING OF OUR GUESTS AND EMPLOYEES IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
We are proud to say that we have been able to safely operate for the past two seasons, throughout the current COVID-19 pandemic. We have continued to adjust and adapt our policies with multiple layers of protection to ensure that staff and guest health and safety is always the #1 priority.
For our 2022 season, we will require that all staff and guests participating in our trips are FULLY VACCINATED.
We look forward to getting adventurers like you out onto the water for a wilderness escape and safely hosting you this summer!
The steps we are taking means Wildcoast Adventures is a “SafeTravel” destination as classified by the World Travel & Tourism Council.
The ‘Safe Travels Stamp’ is an international designation that provides travellers and other travel and tourism stakeholders to recognize destinations and tourism businesses that have implemented health and hygiene protocols that are aligned with WTTC’s Safe Travels Protocols – so consumers can experience ‘Safe Travels’.
With our vaccine requirement, and our experience we gained over last two seasons we are confident that our protocols will allow our guests to enjoy safe, fun kayaking trips this season.
All dates for 2022 are now available for booking (and booking quickly!) If you are thinking about a 2022 adventure, we strongly recommend booking now to avoid disappointment.
Book with Confidence
Wildcoast Adventures standard cancellation and rebooking policies apply to all trips. Your trip is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your tour departure date, less a 3% admin fee.
When planning your trip we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance. If you would like more insight into the variety of options, please read the tips provided on our Travel Insurance Info page.
Covid-19 Operating Protocols
Wildcoast has worked with several other kayaking companies in our region to discuss how to safely operate kayaking trips in light of the Covid-19 situation. See what we have being doing differently by reviewing our Covid-19 Operating Protocols.
As part of these changes, in addition to Wildcoast’s Waiver, all guests are required to review and sign a Covid “Statement of Understanding”.
Below is the “Statement of Understanding” from last season. This document will be updated as travel and quarantine requirements are revised leading up to the summer of 2021.
Our Ongoing Commitment
In order to limit the impact of the virus and ensure the safety of our guests and our staff, Wildcoast is continuing to follow all provincial health recommendations. As we move forward, we will continue to follow the guidelines set out by BC Centre for Disease Control, WorksafeBC and the Tourism Industry Association of BC to protect our community, our guests, and our front line staff.
